LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Students will prepare a presentation and summarize one of following topics from Setting Up Your Shots: Basic Camera Techniques, Composition Techniques, Crane Techniques, Techniques of Movement, Techniques of Perspective, Camera Techniques, Editing Techniques and Miscellaneous Techniques.
- Students will apply basic cinematic techniques in conjunction with elements of design to create a genre-based short film.
- Students will create and write a story based on a painting and sketch a storyboard to provide a visual representation of the story.
- Students will apply cinematic and editing techniques in creating a short painting-to-life film.
